This Policy tells you, among other things, what information Company gathers from you through the Site, how Company may use or disclose that information and our efforts to protect it.
Notice of Information Collected and Disclosed
We may request such information from you when you register to use our Site or make a purchase through our Site. Additionally, we collect information you post to user or discussion community so that this information is shared with our other users. Only Company (or agents working on behalf of Company and under confidentiality agreements) will contact you in this manner. If you do not want to receive such mailings, you can easily opt-out of receiving further marketing information from Company as provided in Choice/Opt Out below.
Company is the owner of the information collected on the Site. The information is not collected for sale to third party marketers and is not sold or distributed for commercial marketing purposes. Except as provided in this Policy, Company does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone except as permitted by law, however, Company may choose to disclose all of the information collected, as described above, to other companies that perform services on Company’s behalf, including, but not limited to, payment processors, data processors, technical systems consultants, programmers and the advertising firms used to promote the Site. Such advertising companies will only use your information for the promotion of this Site and the Company’s products and services and will be contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information. State Specific Disclosures
For California residents: Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as Senate Bill 27, if you are a California resident and Company has an established business relationship with you, you have the right to request information from Company, free of charge, regarding the manner in which Company shares certain categories of your personal information with third parties (whether collected online or offline), for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California law provides that you have the right to submit a request to Company at its designated address and receive the following information: (a) the categories of information Company disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year; (b) the names and addresses of third parties that received such information; and (c) if the nature of a third party’s business cannot be reasonably determined from the third party’s name, examples of the products or services marketed, subject to certain exceptions. You are entitled to receive a copy of this information in a standardized format and the information will not be specific to you individually. For purposes of this paragraph:

You will notice that there may be third parties listed in this notice that are affiliates of Company. These affiliates are listed as third parties because, under Senate Bill 27, any business that is a separate legal entity must be listed as a third party. Company does not have any affiliates at this time.
This same California law permits Company to provide you, in response to your written request, with a cost-free means to choose not to have your information shared rather than providing the above described information.

For Vermont and North Dakota residents: Vermont law and North Dakota law places additional limits on sharing information about Vermont and North Dakota residents. As long as a user remains a resident of either Vermont or North Dakota, Company will not share information collected about such residents to third parties outside of Company or to Company’s affiliates, except:
- To third parties that perform payment processing, marketing or other services on Company’s behalf;
- Contact information (like name and address), and transaction information (such as your payment history) with which Company has joint marketing agreements;
- With your authorization or consent; or
- As permitted or required by law.
For Nevada residents: Company does not share your customer information with nonaffiliated third parties for purposes of their offering products and services to you. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas is not protected as confidential and becomes public information. Collection and Use of IP Addresses
Company may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Please see Notice of Information Collected and Disclosed above for more information.
Cookies and Web Beacons
When you register at the Site, Company uses a cookie to store a unique user ID. Company does not store passwords or any personal information about you. Company may use this ID to identify you anonymously in a database and to track information while you are on the Site. Cookies also enable you to enter the Site as a registered user without having to log-on each time.
A web beacon is a string of code that provides a method for delivering a graphic image on a webpage or in an e-mail message for the purpose of transferring data or determining how many times a specific webpage has been viewed. Age Restrictions; Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under the age of thirteen (13) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If Company obtains actual knowledge that it has obtained personal information about a child under the age of thirteen (13), that information is immediately and permanently deleted from our records.

Acceptance of Privacy Statement
Your use of the Site, including any dispute concerning privacy, is subject to this Policy and the Terms of Service Agreement. BY USING THE SITE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PRACTICES SET OUT IN THIS POLICY AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT. Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time by posting the changes to the Site.
